Hi my name is Christine. I lost 54 pounds with weight watchers last year getting down to 10 stone my lowest in ten years. I went on holiday and put 8 pound on then couldn't get back into it. Ive since put another stone on so time to get on track.I did have another diary but that has disappeared
so I am starting a new one. I am half way through my first week. My weigh in day is Saturday morning at a group . I have 10 weeklies left as bonfire night came with parkin and black peas. Will update on how I do. I weigh 11st 10.5ibs.
My food today will be:
Milk allowance 3pp
breakfast: bagel with 30g chocy philly and sliced banana 5pp
snack: velvet crunch 2pp
dinner: roasted butternut squash and red pepper soup 0pp
ww nan bread 3pp
tea: tikka chicken with roasted veg and homemade ratia dip
Chicken 4pp
tikka paste 50g 1pp cooked in oven with onions and peppers
ww nan bread 3pp
50f natural yog mixed with mint sauce 2 tsps. 1pp
dessert: Toffee apple pot 2pp
serves 4: 500bramley apples
2 tsp sweetner
1 teaspoon cinnamon
juice of lemon and zest
250g quark
1 pot ww toffee yog
5g icing sugar
4 tsp toffee sauce
place apple sweetner and cinnamon and lemon juice in a pan.cook over medium heat till apple goes pulpy. Remove from heat and divide into 4 serving glasses
Beat quark, icing sugar and ww yog together divide between the 4 glasses then chill for 2 hours
when serving pour on 1 tsp of toffee sauce on each of the glasses.
24pp used leaves 2 for a snack.
