I CAN keep a food diary..

I couldn't count the number of times I've started and stopped food diaries on two hands!! I started slimming world just after Easter and since then I've lost 10.5lbs and am really enjoying it. :) At the moment I'm just at the tip of a healthy BMI, but would really like to lose another stone and a halfish to get to 10 stone 10 pounds. Hopefully keeping a food diary will help! Any tips or advice along the way would be very much appreciated! :D

Breakfast: Bowl of fruit salad with a toffee muller light and HEB slimming world peanut bar.

Snack: Vanilla muller light and a mini twister ice lolly (2 syns)

Lunch: SW chips, SW KFC chicken, cauliflower, mushrooms and lots of salad. Followed by a del monte smoothie ice lolly (4 syns)

Snack: fruit salad and cherry muller.

Snack: apple and a packet of velvet lights (4 syns)

Dinner: 1/2 tin of beans, fruit salad and syn free ice cream.

Breakfast: cauliflower, salad, tinned tomatoes and 3 sauages (1.5 syns)

Lunch: Apple, banana, 2 small mashed potatoes and beans.

Snack: rasberries, apple and HEB peanut bar AND a del monte ice lolly (4 syns). Big snack! :eek:

Dinner: pasta, garlic, tomato pesto, red pepper and mushrooms.

Snack: Muller light and fruit salad.

Supper: fruit salad and a del monte ice lolly (4 syns)

Snack: grapes and a muller light.

Hmm, have been snacking too much this week.
