I can't get my ass bk in gear !!!!

I was doing so well and after last week where I gained 3lbs due to my swelling from my burns, i hvnt bn able to get bk on track!!!
I need to do this, got so much weight to loose!!! Why cant I motivate myself :eek::eek::eek:
I hvnt bn well the past few days and everytime I get myself motivated, i then loose it so quickly!!! I am not back at work yet, going back on wednesday. I am hoping that I will get my motivation back!!! xXx

Hey just thot I'd send u a comment, so sorry to hear that u are unwell, hope u feel better soon, I'm in the exact same position, stuck n a rut but we will get there my c told me to start picturing myself how I want l be and look and only ourselves can get us to where we want to be, we have to want to do this! Xo

thanks for the reply, we do hv to want this and there is nothing I would love more than to be skinny but I just cant get bk into it!!!!
Going to gv it a good bashing today and get some housework done as my exercise lol

Yeah ur right I do the green plan during the week because I don't really like a lot of veggies lol but I do extra easy on the weekends cus I love my roast dinner on Sundays! What about u? How are you getting on 2day? :) x

I have been quite good today. I tend to stick to the Extra Easy all the time. Would love to try the other plans but not really sure how they work. What do you have for your green day? xXx

A typical day:
breakfast: 2weetabix, milk or toast and eggs, cheese (28g) on toast

Lunch: baked potato with beans and cottage cheese or pasta with quorn chicken or quorn meatballs Philadelphia from heb allowance, low fat super noodles, quorn burgers

Tea: spaghetti Bol made with quorn mince, rice and quorn chicken a little curry, potatoes, slimming world chips, cottage pie made with quorn!

Snacks: fruit, fat free yoghurt, hot choc

I like the green plan better but I tend to eat alot of quorn I'l admit it used to repulse me but iv learned to actually quite like it! Mayb more so than meat.. Nah I wudnt go that far hehe but most quorn is superspeed

U should try it out for a change would giv u more options and different ideas x

Will maybe give it a go and c how I get on. The healthy extra confuse me on the green plan !
Its quorn free food on all plans?

I'm sure ive have been where you are now, more times than i have been in the zone:sigh:

The best defence i found for me was to tell myself it didnt matter.

I continued to trick myself that i wasnt dieting, by just eating a bit healthier and making better decisions and also a bit of exercising...while not dieting;)sshhh.

i told myslef that if i lost 1lb a wk or 2 weeks or 1 month. it was beter than putting it on.

Then for the same amount of time that i've been over wieght (alongtime:eek:)

then I would be slimmer over that time rather than still be fatter.

Does that make sense:confused: i do hope so....i have been known to ramble:)

PS sorry i havent read about your burns? or accident?
If you have gone through something that is a great shock to your system i would give yourself more time.

It can take along time to re ajust after you body has felt it as been attaked .

Yeah quorn is free on all plans altho the burgers are 1syn and anything with breadcrumbs or batter is higher syns! Yeah with green and red days u get 2 hea and 2heb which is great!! U could eat a little meat and count it as a heb but it has o be weighed! It's all very confusing, i think iv just about got my head around it! Xox

I was going to try green day today but i am very confused!!!! Can someone help me???

Todays Menu:
2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB)
Tuna (2 tins 130g in each drained weight) and Onion Pasta with 2 tbsp of Extra Light Mayonaisse
Grapes
Bananna
Fat Free Yoghurt
3 Mini Babybel Light Cheeses (HEXA)

Is this an Extra Easy day because I have not measred my tuna? x

Yeah if u want to have tuna u have to measure it out or swap it for something else! It does get very confusing, if u save both heb u can have double tuna but will have to do without the Alpen light bars I'm afraid.

I was the same as you - I have completely plateaued and am following the plan but not losing any weight - I xcan only think that my body has got used to the extra easy or I am being a bit lax without realising it so I had my first ever green day yesterday and I had

B - HI FI (HEXB)
L - Jacket Potato with Beans, Cheese (HEXA) and 1/2 a plate of mixed salad
D - Mushrooms, red onion and pepper omlette with 1/2 plate of mixed salad

I had a choc HI FI as a snack for my second HEXB :)

I have tried making half my plate the super free foods to try and kick start myself back into losing :0)
