Have been doing slimming world on my own for 4 weeks and have managed to lose 2lb and then put it back on again. Im starting to lose all hope in it. All the great success stories on here makes it even harder.
The little weight lose i think may have something to do with super free foods, as i dont eat vegatables it is very hard to include in 1/3 of my meals. I have got the books and and following them and days im only having 6 syns.
Has anyone any hints and tips as i feel like giving up!?
