Consider that a lesson learnt hun and to listen to what your body is telling you - I just posted on your other thread lol. A small salad should not take you out of ketosis as long as it wasnt loaded with carbs or completely drenched in dressings etc, anyway heres to a new day tommorow and a fresh start.

Hope your feeling better soon and for now rest up :) x

Yeah...just move on from it and don't overdo it at the start. Remember that your body is having to burn energy to get by on so if you do TOO much exercise you'll feel terrible.

Ah poor pet, Just get back on that wagon. I nearly succumbed to gravy and onions this evening and I am only on day three. We just have to focus on the end goal. good luck.

i would lay off the exercise for a week or two just to get your body used to the diet - it's going through a lot of change and readjustment.

I think part of the diet is figuring out how much activity you can get away with as well, so, now you know to take it easy on the exercise front.
