I was doing so well and hadn't felt like cheating or doing anything bad at all. I did Cambridge 100% for 3 weeks and then yesterday I went to a house party and completely blew it. I went in with all intentions not to eat and even had my bar just before I went but then i just completely gave in.
I'm out of ketosis and i feel horrible and bloated and (tmi, gassy). Is there anything i can do to make this better. Will this affect my weight loss in the long run?
