I cheated last nite!! i had some chicken and fine beans which were yummy and a sugar-laden j2o which tasted like sweet nectar and now i'm scared i've ruined it for good i'm into my third week and it's the only time i've done it. But I hope i haven't ruined it aaaaaghhh:break_diet:need to keep going i have 2 stone to lose to prove to myself (and all those naysayers!) that I cann do it xx

EVERYONE has a bit of a blip! That's nothing! Its not like you went all out and had a choccie bar, bag of crisps and two plates of chips too! Honestly you're fineeee!

You've realised your mistake and if anything this will spur you on to keep going now and stick to it.

Drink as much water as you can today :)

cheers for that x will i be out of ketosis after what i've eaten and drunk (j2o chicken and fine beans)?

Maybe for a day but as soon as you get back on top of it i shouldn't see why you would stay out of it.

I ordered myself some ketostix off the net for a couple of pound just to keep a check on myself every week as i dont go for weigh ins at rowlands and do them myself.

Seriously don't worry. There's people who've eaten alot worse and more than you did who have still had tremendous losses! I had a creme egg in my first week and managed to lose 9lb! You'll be fine i promise.
