Awww hun! Don't worry too much! EVERYONE has their slip ups.. its only ONE night, not every night.. it wont have done too much damage.. just stay on track today and keep to your plan and DRINK.. flush your system out! (water not the vino ;))

Rae is right, just stick at it. You will only fail if you give up.

I had choc last night - didnt even enjoy it - but woke up this morning thinking its ok, just have a great day today.

Keep going, and dont worry about the slip up - we are all human, and homemade chips are gorgeous!
