Does anyone know if we can have unlimited lettuce and celery with our evening meal? For example, yesterday I made the chicken couscous but added lettuce to it.

Does any one also know if there are some low carb/low cal meals for this diet?

And - how is everyone doing? This forum is quite quiet!

celery and lettuce is really low in cals, lettuce is about 10 for 100g so don't think it would be too dreadful if you didn't count it. as for meals, i'm very lazy and buy ready meals but bulk out with salad or veg. i do count everything though cos it soon mounts up!
