I did it ... Day 1 over!

HAHA - 2 days into attack though, it's pretty hardcore to sit in a pub with no alchohol and snack attack central! Im sure when Im more into the swing of hte diet i'll be fine ... when I was on TFR I used to go out for meals with friends and just have a glass of water so it will all be fine when Im in the swing of things
 
In starbucks I'll happily have a filter coffee (one of the cheapest things to have anyway) while others are drinking sugar (helps that I dislike milky things). You do need to make sure you eat before you socialise.

I keep a can of tuna in my drawer at work for emergancies, so theres something to have if I'm going to be heading somewhere dangerous dietwise after work (or have a I'm so hungry moment in the day ;) ).

The pub is hard when people are snacking on lovely naughty salty treats, far far easier to deal with if youre not hungry (and a quick scan of the cal/fat content can help your resolves).

Though sometimes staying in is the only thing that works.
