    I joined SW tonight and now Im trying to work out my menu for the week and my shopping list.
    Thing is I think I need to read the books properly first as my mind has gone blank.
    Any suggestions for those 'must haves' ??

    i always have mugshots(the hot and sour one)
    pasta'n'sauces
    chickpea dahl from asda
    baked beans
    tin toms
    eggs
    muller lights
    curly wurlys (for choc cravings) 6 syns each
    i do green days btw and find this stuff great for quick food x

    VLF Cottage cheese
    VLF Laughing Cow cheese trangles
    Babybel light cheese's
    VLF Natural Yoghurt
    Bovril and Oxo cubes
    Tin tomatoe's
    Tin tuna
    Tin sweetcorn
    Wholemeal bread (from 400g sliced loaf)
    Alpen light cereal bars
    Skimmed milk
    Bran flakes
    Porridge oats

    The best advice i can give you is sit down and read the books from front to back get it straight in your head. Once i really understood the plan i sat down and made a shopping list. What days do you think you will be doing?
    Some of the essentials though

    Quark
    salad stuff
    Fruit
    Quorn sausages
    muller yoghurts
    cous cous

    Good luck on your journey and dont be afraid to ask if you get stuck x

    Im going to head off and watch some TV now but tomorrow morning when my heads more awake (hopefully) I shall sit and read and plan lol
