Well done, I just started 2 weeks ago & like u I was afraid to go into the class. I went to a different class on Monday - Wednesday eventually on Thursday 1st March I went into the one closest to me, I was delighted I did, I have lost 5lbs so far.
Again well done on taking the 1st step, the 1st week is the hardest, well it was for me always starving. Lol
