Btw, KD - how many grams of protein and carbs are in a pack?

Not sure without checking. Think the normal low fat is about 3 to 4g carbs for 100g. So if it's 5% fat, and fat is 9 cals a gram, you can work out the protein from the difference if you feel like number crunching.

Probably best to check a website, or a tub next time you go shopping. If I can get my butt off this sofa, I might check my book later

Oh genius moment. Didn't think to look on a box, only on the packs.

In case anyone else is interested, there's about 14.4g of protein, 14.1g of carb and 2.7 g of fat.
