Some of you may now i was in turmoil about going to manchester for my cousins 21st. Well i havent gone :D as i couldnt put myself through sitting in a restaurant and watching ppl eat. So instead im at home feeling much better on day 3 :eek:. Still have my chx soup shake to have but im putting it off as it isnt my fave. Hows everyone doing today?

Hi Molly. Having an OK day today. Been to a funeral this afternoon and then on to a buffet with everyone. I sat there with black coffees and didn't eat a thing! I am so pleased with myself. This is my first outside the home test and I passed it. Being slimmer is so much better than tucking into some sausage rolls or pasta salad. I feel as though I could cope with anything now. All in all it has been a good day, apart from the funeral of course.

Arrr yeh that is sad about the funeral i had my nans the other week. Well done on not eating anything. how long you been doing this now Mini and how long do you intend being on it?

Good for you, do what makes you feel better.
It's amazing how many parties I have been invited to since starting LT, they are like buses, none for ages then three together. I have refused most but have agreed to one in March so am looking forward to that.
I'm doing good today, always do on Wednesdays which is my usual weigh in, enjoy your Soup.

Glad your feeling much better so it was theright choice for you in the end. I am on day 11 and while I am not hungry I do havea bit of an empty feeling. Don'f feel as if I want to cheat but it is a lonely place this diet.
Have lost 7 lbs so far but when I think to lose a stone I could have to be on this for possibly another 3 weeks thats daunting. Then to lose another stone possibly another 4 weeks it seems a big hill to climb. So I am settingmyself small targets and that a week at a time, at the end of the day it up to me, no one is making me do it. With the weather being so cold I was in my car this afternoon with that cold feeling and then I thought of spring and warmer weather and being able to have lots more choice in clothes etc, being lighter in weight and knowing that, that is a feeling that I like it made me concentrate on the task in hand.
So in answer to your original question Molly, I am doing ok, ;)

Thats good matronix, i know what you mean about the summer in the winter its fine as you cover up dont you? Summer comes and you think poo what am i gonna wear! 7lb is great been looking at some other peoples weight losses and they lose like a stone in a week i would love that! Have you ae anything? I ate an olive yesterday and felt really guilty i was soooooo hungry though! I have started to split my shakes now and have 6 per day its a lot better....

Sorry about your nan too, it was my husband's nan's today, she was 92.

I'm into my fifth week now and am finding it fine. Haven't cheated once and don't intend to. I think I will probably be on this until late June early July. If I finish any sooner I will be very happy.

How about you? Are you on this for the long haul or just a short stint.

Well im not sure i do have a lot to lose and would be made up to stay on as long as i can. I have previously done weight watchers and lost 3 stone but eventually put it back on after being on hol and not getting back into it! Was thinking of maybe goin back on that when im ready but not too sure how it all works when it comes back to re-eating :-(

I'm not sure about the refeeding either. Must say I'm not looking forward to it. I might go back to SW after this, or just use all their literature I've got to stick to a healthy diet. Like you I don't have a goal date just want to get rid of all this excess flab as soon as I can.

Just looking at your fab weight loss, you lost like 2 stone in your first month that is great. Hope that i lose a stone in my first week. A girl i work with did and then 8 the 2nd. shes not on it now but is just eating healthy..

I think healthy eating is the way to go after LT. Already trying to plan meals for after and how to avoid the pitfalls of before.

Just stick to LT to the letter and make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day. I'm on about 3 litres now and think that helps with big weight losses. You will do fine on your first wi. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Well done Molly the longer you can stick to lipotrim without eating the better. It gives you time without food and then hopefully you will make the right choices! Heres to a good first weight loss! XX
