Just been trying on some old clothes that were too small, and after at least a year of wearing a size 32 I got into a pair of 26 jeans!!
Ok, I can't sit down in them, but about another half stone off and they should be perfect!
Oh, I luuuurrrvveeeeee SW!

I think the elastic is so strong in the waistbands, that larger sizes still fit so it doesn't occur to us to try smaller sizes.

ahhh well done rosie,
I have gone from a size 30 in a non-elastic skirt to a size 26 and it feels good doesnt it.
I have dropped a bra size too , but gone up in a cup---- well more of a mug really LOL
keep going ..
