I don't think red days are for me

    For some reason today I feel really hungry and I shouldn't as I've had plenty to eat. I've tried drinking a couple of glasses of water but I still have a munchy feeling. The only thing I can think is that I'm doing a red day. Only 20 mins to go until I finish work and when I get home I'll put my dinner on and so some EA Active which should curb my appetite or at least give me something else to focus on.

    I find red days a struggle too, but I get too bloated on green! Thankfully extra easy saves me :D

    eat some free food, dude! Stop at a fruit stall on the way home and get 2 nanas. That's what i do when i'm stuck in work with nowhere to get food from but the tuck shop! 2 nanas will fill you up til teatime!

    It only takes me ten mins to drive home from work so I'll have a bit of fruit when I get in. I just feel really empty!

    I call them red day chocolate biscuit holes. I always keep a pot of pineapple cottage cheese and some mullers in our work fridge for emergencies. Not long to go now hun, you can make it!

    I'm only new to the SW diet, but I find red days a real struggle too....
    I guess we all have our 'favourite' that suits us the best? x

    I agree with you all, i feel like you have to cook 'proper' meals on red days but then I still feel hungry.
