I don't feel so bad now just hungry, I can't have my other shake until after 7 as i have lots to do at work. I bought some gum which made me feel a little better and also i had to chew it because the dog breath was killing me and the people i was having the meetings with at work.

But i feel a bit better, i don't think i am coming down with something as i had something just before xmas but you never know. I just wantto get to my other weigh in next tuesday and see how much i have lost.
I am due to start my boxercise class on thurs do you think i should wait until my body is used to not having food.
