Melissa echoing the others, it takes us a while to 'see' our changes.
I knew when I started I was obese but I didn't even see how BIG I was. Luckily the day before I started Cambridge I went in my bathroom and took some secret pics of myself with only bra and panties. I looked at the pic after I lost some weight last year and I cried. I didn't realise how big I was. I thought I was staying the same as well, but it takes looking at before/after pics to get a better view and of course it takes time.
