i feel sick :(

Weighed today and that 2 pound i lost yesterday morning from starting ss+ saturday? well its back on again? why? i dont know, i had little big of chicken and 4 slices of cucumber thats all!! oh and 5 litres of water even though i felt all uchy i still managed to drink it all

so i feel sick today gutted :cry:

The same is happening to me every day.

I went on my Wii Fit Saturday and I had put 2 pound on and yesterday I had lost 3 pounds???
