    I ate so much this weekend, why?????????????????
    I try hard in the week while working but at home in front of the tv its soooo tempting...
    why do I give in?

    Hi Stacey, with only 11lbs to go, I am sure you look great - and maybe that's why you lose focus a little at the weekends.

    It will not come off as quickly now (if you have lost weight previously) or when you only have a little to lose.

    I know its frustrating - and be patient with yourself. xx

    Im new to this website but maybe this is the type of support I need.
    hubby doesnt understand how hard it is to lose weight (hes a lucky type of bloke who can eat like a horse and not put on an inch!) I am the same weight as hubby and I want to feel petit:pe next to him I know Im not huge but would like to be smaller than hubby xxx

    I've got an idea - get him to bulk up!!! Get him those protein drinks and tell him he needs to build some muscle mass....that'll sort it. :D

    That sounds like a good idea! I'll look titchy then.
    I find it hard as I've always been a size 10 9 stone then two years ago I went up to 10 stone 8 size 14 which scared me! got down to 9 10 tho xx
