Earlier in the week I missed out on one of my meals because I just was feeling really ill and went to bed and didn't wake up for my shake. That meant I had 1 spare so today I made up the choc shake like a mouse then spooned it into an ice cube tray and popped it in the freezer. an hour later i transferred it from the freezer to the fridge and VOILA I have my very own LT safe snacks! The icecube slots on my tray are very tiny and Im sure that 1-2 of these a day certainly wont hurt on top of the 3 shakes. It has certainly made the end of an unpleasant LT day for me a little more bearable!
