I guess its called conseqences!

Last Sunday I cooked a traditonal roast beef Sunday dinner for family and two friends Could I resist? Did I ? No!! - I only ate the beef - I might just as well have sat down and eaten the whole meal! Weight loss this week - 1lbs! I admitted to my nice pharmacist what I had done, complaining that "it was only once" and I thought it wouldn't matter that much!
She explained that 1 molacule of fat takes four molacules of water - so its water that weighs so - not fat.
So there you are, I have to reap what I have sown for being both weak and greedy.
One thing is for sure - I'm not going to do that again!

We all learn the hard way, you still lost and have put yourself just a few days off track, get some extra excercise in this week to couteract, make it into a positive,

think most people have eaten something on lt. i ate fot a whole day on my birthday(it was planned), all my fav food and still lost 2lbs that week so not all bad.
