I had pizza

I am working late and they have put pizza on for everybody.

I had the sachet of chicken soup in my bag but alas it was not hydrated. FOUR slices of pizza!!!!!

V disappointed!

Hey Stu, it happens. Wwe are all human and all learning so much about ourselves and our reactions to different situations. I tend to be great when people are "watching", no matter what situation, but alone....phew.

Thing is, dont beat youself up. Rule a line under the event and get back on the wagon. You may find a tiny blip on those scales, but you will know why and you will be able to correct it very soon.
