A little of everything!
I thought I'd be really good and plan a load of housework to do Sat & Sunday to keep me occupied. If I went into town I'd only end up spending money on cr*p for the girls, so I figured this would be better for all. Well, I ended up picking both Saturday AND Sunday!! I'm so pi**ed off with myself- this is the second weekend I've done it so obviously the weekends at home are my weak point!!
I need to do stuff away from the house that doesn't involve spending money- not easy with Irish weather!!! I had some unsalted nuts, and some bits of M&S choc chip cookies that the girls left lying around. I was even thinking at one stage "Oh, it's only a few nuts, they won't take me out of ketosis so I'll be okay"- but it's NOT okay- I'm fooling myself. I've done so well this first two weeks, I need to keep focused as I'm re-feeding next week for a family wedding, then straight back on TFR the next day, so I want to do this as well as I can until then. I'm so pi**ed off with myself. :cry:I'm going off to print off my 'before' pics so I can carry them round with me (like I said I'd do last week but didn't )to help keep me motivated.
Please feel free to butt-kick now....I need it!
