I have been soo rubbish! Off plan since Thursday last week and today

I am trying it again! Only last a few weeks, soo disappointed with myself and provided everyone right by saying i cant do it :(
Probably put all the 13lb i lost back on, today i am starting again.... I have no weekend plans now for a while so wont be coming off at weekends (fingers crossed) Please hurry up ketosis!

I feel so good when ive stuck to S&S so have no idea as to why i want to eat! I hate my body sometimes, well my mind (the devil inside me!)

Any1 want to help me and spur me on, i need it :( have a docs appt 15/11 so need to have my BMI as low as i can, under 30!

Welcome back. You can do this you did it before.


Just take it a day at a time and find the will to refuse temptation. Even if you do have something off plan shake it off and get straight back on it

Ahh thanks! What a nice msg.... Just keep thinkin bout food now tho lol! Workin overtime all week tho so hopefully that'll keep me on the straight n narrow! X
 
Whenever I want food I'll always think to myself 'I might want it, but I don't need it.' Try and grab that negative feeling about yourself and use it as an incentive.

You can do this!
 
Can I recommend a book I had recommended to me? The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck. It's not a diet, it's a very well observed study of why people choose the wrong foods and what you can do to change it. It really helped alter my thinking about why I eat and I've not finished it yet!
