I have had 2 speical k bars and chinise dtir fry sauce anyone know iif that ok

special k bars are between 4-5 syns depending on the type the chinese sauce would be impossible to syn without at least knowing the type and brand. Hugs Crystal x

I can't help with the syns on that but I would always suggest to look up the syns before eating, just in case they're crazy high & take you well over your 15! x
