Hurrah for green days! All i've really had is my HEXes (and only one of each at that!) and a jacket spud, boiled eggs, some salad, couple of yogurts and a pasta n sauce for tea.

Great isn't it, but you need more substantial veg and more fruit. Salad doesn't give you enough fibre and can slow your weightloss.
