Haven't been around as I have been on holidays and have been soooooooo bold.
Must try to get back on track.
Today is the day.

I am afraid to stand on the scales but I know that I have done major damage as I can see and feel it.

jump on the scales, assess the damage and reduce points in the week accordingly maybe? try and recoup some of the damage :) we're all here to support you XX

Yep jump back on the scales, its never as bad as you think. Unless of course you are like me and put on 3 stone in 2 months :eek:

i did that on my holiday last week and i put 6lbs on lmao. but ive got straight back on track after my weigh in, im sure you can do it :) we all know you can do it!

I'm with you Moonlady, Easter was truly a crash in the road for me. Off to be weighed today hopefully and get on with it.
