I have slipped.................

    and slided off the plan.


    Haven't been around as I have been on holidays and have been soooooooo bold.
    Must try to get back on track.
    Today is the day.

    I am afraid to stand on the scales but I know that I have done major damage as I can see and feel it.

    With your support hopefully I will try again..............

    jump on the scales, assess the damage and reduce points in the week accordingly maybe? try and recoup some of the damage :) we're all here to support you XX

    alls not lost, jump on scales assess damage
    draw a line under it ,and start again nobodys perfect we all have our blips now and again thats why this site is so important, great support :D:D

    Yep jump back on the scales, its never as bad as you think. Unless of course you are like me and put on 3 stone in 2 months :eek:

    Well done for getting back on track.

    i did that on my holiday last week and i put 6lbs on lmao. but ive got straight back on track after my weigh in, im sure you can do it :) we all know you can do it!

    If this is you restarting get the painful bit out the way. Have your wi and get back on the wagon. Stick totally to your points and those horrible numbers will be down in no time :)

    It is worse than I thought
    but
    I am going to take all the advise you have given and put it behind me.

    This time next week (OMG I do so hope)
    I will be in a better place. :cry::cry:
