I Just wanted to say Hello

I joined Slimming World Online last week. My first weigh in was yesterday & I have lost 7lb!!

I am a bit of a 'Hefa lump' (LOL) & have MANY more pounds to loose but I am on my way!!

I am absolutely in awe of some of the weight losses on this page, it is so motivational to read all your stories!

I have played with loosing weight in the past but have never been REALLY motivated. This time its different, I think this site will be fantastic support!

Anyway.. I Just wanted to introduce myself & say Hello.

I commited on how well you have done so far & also commented on your trip to Florida next year!

Hi Begghead,

It's only week 1 but so far it's going well!

I don't really enjoy classes, I find everyone on here far more helpful & supportive. I do however still need 'officially' weigh myself each week!

It seems to be working well for me but I know everyone's different & some people love the classes.

I think the Slimming World diet seems so easy, the only to stop me would me my own motivation! One things for sure, your never hungry on it!!
