I have to go to a wedding....

I'm going to my partners Uncles wedding next month. I think it's on the 27th June. I've bought a dress which is slightly too small, and also in the next size up. I've got two weeks before I have to send the bigger one back if I think I can fit into the smaller one. Does anybody have any good recipes that fill you up but slim you down at the same time so that I can fit into the dress in two weeks time!!

I don't like fish, beetroot or celery!...Other than that, I'm not too fussy.

hi Annika,
it seems that red days work better for me and as gruesome as it sounds scan bran really helpsme to feel full and lose weight a bit quicker. I try n have it every other week. I just had 3 with a tsp of jam shared out on them and sliced banana, was surprised how tasty it was
good luck with the dress :)

Have a look through the recipes in the threads above. My Fav dinners are, SW Chips, quorn fillets and beans or spicy veg and tomatos with pasta.
Follow the plan and stick to it as best you can. Do a bit of exercise too its really help me lose the a few inches, 4 1/2 off my waist so far in 4 weeks:). Just another 10 inches to go lol

Thanks for your suggestion, and amazingly speedy reply. Oh no the dreaded scan bran. Can you buy this in tesco as I don't go to SW meetings...ive got an online account. Doesnt sound too bad with all that dolloped on it though!!

Wow, 4.5 in 4 weeks... i want that!!! I really should increase the exercise. I'm already a firm follower of the SW chip religion. mmmmmm yummy... Maybe I should buy a skipping rope? I think that's the only exercise I could manage at the minute! x

send back the larger one. Do it NOW! THen sit down with your SW books and study. Pick out the super speed foods that you like and aim to eat 5 of those a day before you touch your Syns. Pick free foods that you have to prepare yourself rather than packaged foods like pasta, making your own free sauces etc and choose foods that will fill you up fast. I have started getting the Alpen Light bars as 2 of those are one HE B so you can have them as 2 separate snacks. Increase your exercise, getting a skipping rope is a great start and do some walking. Pick a route and go further each day. Lastly, hang that dress up somewhere prominent so you see it every day and that is your goal. Good luck, keep us posted with how you are doing x
