It's free to but I added half a bag of brown rice for me!
300ml veg stock
750g sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
225g baby leaf spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 red chilli
1 tbsp curry powder
4 plum tomatoes chopped
Salt and pepper
Stock into saucepan, add sweet potato and onion. Boil and then reduce heat, cover and cook gently for 4-5 mins.
Add all other ingredients to pan. Cook for 10mins.
