Hi folks,

I'm doing kickstart this week and its going fine (cos Im only on day 2 he he)

Just wondering though, (dont go to meetings so cant ask) has anyone tried it before or heard of any successes? just wondering because, I'm always hearing the "you have to eat all your points, except if you're saving 4 per day for it work, if not your body may start to store the fat"

Does kickstart not completely contradict this??? I'm not eating all my points this week - I have 20 but I'm eating 18 or is it ok to do as you only do it for a week or 2?? hmm :confused:

Just dont want to eat 14 points less this week for nothing!!
