    Hi all,

I'm on ss+, I had a tin of mackrel with salad last night, the mackrel was in brine and not sunflower oil.

I did'nt think to check the nut info on the back of the tin, thinking it would be ok seeing is was classed as "protein"

But just checked a tin today and it says it contains 15g fat (good fat i think:confused:)

I know carbs can knock you out of ketosis, but can that amount of fat do it aswell?

    Thanks

    OFM x

Fat wont knock you out of ketosis...but

Mackerel isn't on SS+. And neither should anything be in brine or sunflower oil.

Tuna is on there, but it needs to be in water.
