I wouldn't worry about weighing yourself at home I think the majority of us do it at one time or another. Mind you don't go as far as some of us do will you (me included! LOL) who weigh themselves first thing before we pee, then after we pee, then after we've got dressed, then before we get changed for bed at night, then before we have our late night pee and finally after we've had our late night pee (yes some of us are a bit loopy on here!:brainfart
what a great start to the diet, drinking the water will give you a big weight loss. we all seem to be turning to the scales addictively but it's better than food addiction
Crikey o riley!! Thats amazing. It's day 4 for me and I think I am under 11 stone for the first time in 2 years! Thats a 6 lbs loss but my scales are a bit pants.
