Im going after work to buy some peppermint tea...

Firstly.. What one does everyone recommend??

And secondly can some one please explain in lamance terms and bullet points how exactly I make this...

Im a bit stupid when it comes to things like this!!!

I use the Twinings Revive & Revitalise Pure Peppermint tea.

put the bag in a cup
pour over hot water
leave bag in til desired taste
drink xxxx

Tea bags! The Caribbean peppermint tea is nice too.
Twinings also does Peppermint and Eucalyptus and nettle and peppermint. All good for variety and for a change!

I find the twinnings peppermint too strong...if you have an Aldi nearby I recommend there own brand its ace. If you want your chocolate shake cold, I used to put my required amount of water in my shaker pop the tea bag in...let it stew or about 10 mins then put my shake in. It's fit I would like to take credit for this invention last year lol :D

I make my choc shake with 200ml of cold water, and wizz it with my electric wizzer! Then I add half a cup of cold strong mint tea that I made earlier with a splenda tablet. Wiz again, pour, enjoy!
