Tea bags! The Caribbean peppermint tea is nice too.
Twinings also does Peppermint and Eucalyptus and nettle and peppermint. All good for variety and for a change!

    HI

I used to make the tea as said above then take tea bag out and add choc powder. Mix with blender or shaker, (be careful as it will be hot!) You can add a sweetner if need be.

I find the twinnings peppermint too strong...if you have an Aldi nearby I recommend there own brand its ace. If you want your chocolate shake cold, I used to put my required amount of water in my shaker pop the tea bag in...let it stew or about 10 mins then put my shake in. It's fit I would like to take credit for this invention last year lol :D

I make my choc shake with 200ml of cold water, and wizz it with my electric wizzer! Then I add half a cup of cold strong mint tea that I made earlier with a splenda tablet. Wiz again, pour, enjoy!
