    could anyone help me out?

    i need to know how many ryvita multigrain as a healthy extra, are weightwatchers yoghurts free and how many laughing cow light triangles as a healthy extra?

    am not sure about the weight watchers yogs, which ones do you mean? as long as they're very low fat i'd imagine they're free, unless its the ones with the fruit at the bottom.

    Ok, 3 ryvita multigrain is a healthy option, 6 x 17.5g Laughing cow extra light triangles for a healthy A (doesn't say anything for normal "light" triangles and yes ww yogurts are free except thick & creamy dessert recipe red fruit cheesecake and toffee apple which are 1/2 syn each.

    Jen, Tesco's Virtually Fat Free yogurts are all free and they are absolutely delicious!!

    quavers are walkers and the new muller layers are actually called muller layers. They've got a sort of syrupy bit at the bottom.

    17g bag - 4.5 syns on both
    20g back - 5.0 syns on both

    Muller Layers:

    Blackcurrant and Raspberry 175g - 1.5 syns on each
    Strawberry 175g - 1.5 syns on each

    The muller layers are 1.5syns. Thats for stawberry and blackcurrant and rasberry.
