I look crap today

Up a 1lb? dont worry too much. It could simply be your body getting used to the fluid intake and the exercise, and next week, will balance back out. A sudden increase in fluid can temporarily bloat you: you will be fine next week!! x
 
Hi girls! Have to say that I get awful bloating...especially around TOTM. I swear by Apple Cider tablets- they are brilliant to beat the bloat! Think you can also get them with green tea added.
Also when I feel like a beachball I do a whole day of nothing but protein and veg and find it really helps me...
