Yes a really decent one! Argos ir tesco sell the oxo peelers for less than £4 and they are fab!
 
I just cook it with the skin on and peel it when it's soft.

Do you cut it into large chunks though? How long does it take in the oven?

I do this too - thick slices tubled into an ovenproof dish or even whole halves - seeds out and cut side down on a baking tray - about 30 mins at 200 C. Poke it to see if it's soft enough for your liking. And the skin will come off easily.

You can cook virtually any squash / pumpkin this way. Google is your friend if you need inspiration :)
 
Samjay I thought I was buying just BNS when I bought it ready chopped but then re-read the label and it had sweet potato too!!! Guess I really messed up Dukan style that day!!!! LOL x
 
I eat the skin all the time - don't even really notice it - more fibre that way too :)
