I love cc

I've just had my lunch and I have an overwhelming desire to post and say how much I love cc.

I've done Atkins, SW, ww, etc and they're all great when they're working - but with cc - I don't feel like I'm on a diet - as long as I track it - I can make my own food choices - I know what is healthy and what isn't - I know if I eat something high I have to exercise or eat less later - it's not fancy, no real rules and it works...... I love it!!

Me too! Very liberating, don't know.why I never tried it before! Only been doing it a week and don't think.I will try another diet again.
