You will and it will be sooner than you think. I started this diet in a size 18 and i am now a size 12 since September. Its fab i love it.

WOW WELL DONE YOU! I'm on a restart but gone down from a 20 to a 16. Now need to go from a 16 to a 12! Bloody freezing tonight tho
