i love this "diet"

    So this is my 7th day on atkins and OMG. i have lost 7.5lb! I didnt think i would lose that much weight by eating real food. I tried all about w8 and lost nearly the same in a week and i was a total monster..:8855:

    I have so much motivation as well coz i know that im not going to be starving for the next couple months. its looking like i might be a skinny bride after all! lol woooo

    A Wedding dress is a fab motivation. I did the same 2 years ago and felt great when in mine on the day so go for it girls it will be worth it and you'll be proud of all the gorgeous photos afterwards! x
