Ok so I am only on day 1 but this plan is so blatantly designed for me!!! I am the reason it was created! It suits me perfectly, my lifestyle, the flexibility I need, encouraging healthy eating and exercise with an incentive for doing exercise (apart from the obvious improvement to my health I can eat more at weekends :) yay)


I am going to enjoy this!!!

lol your post made me smile, that why i love ww too - 8 more ibs to go before i get my 10% goal and i can still eat chocolate every single day yipeeeeeeeee!

i have pigged out this weekend though with being away at a wedding and my little girl being ill so me feeling ill. Must get back on tracfk for my weigh in on saturday

ME too, I love the WW way of doing things, and if done right you do get the results. :)

I think I have tried all the diets going but always come back to WW. It is a sensible way to loose weight and eat sensibly. I know it can be discouraging at times, and we all want the instant weight loss (I know I do :D) but it really is one of the best systems out there, for me anyway.
