with the juices from the roast beef, I added 1 beef stock cube, water and 1 tablespoon of self raising flour. Was lovely!! I had 50 ml of it which according to my book, 100ml is 5 syns .. so 5oml is 2.5 syns .. but I know I need to syn the flour???
