but I sure the hell am glad to be on a VLCD as the temps are rising! Being this fat has made summers simply unbearable, but I've hardly noticed the heat since starting CD! Hoorah! (well ok, there have only been a few sultry days so far, but still)

I'm permanently cold on CD - don't know if its a side affect of ketosis or if its just the fuel is being used for other things other than keeping us warm!!Either way, I prefer not being a sweaty heifer all the time so its all good!!

and I just received the new fashion catalogue for winter, and I just can fit in almost any clothes I like so I don't mind the summer bounty
