I'm having to stay at my sisters at the moment and while she is being very helpful foodwise, her and her husband have drinks most nights.
I have switched to vodka and slim line tonic (although I miss my wine
) but I am drinking more than usual, do you think it is possible to carry on with the drinking and still lose weight or is it going to be overally detrimental to the losing each week?
