I mean it this time!

Hi ladies, I posted this in the intro page of this section last night and someone suggested I make a new thread just so it's seen, so I'll copy and paste it over here, hope that's alright! Looking forward to starting my journey again today. Here is the message

Hi ladies, I'm feeling very low tonight and fed up with myself. The last few years have been a real struggle for me both personally and weight wise, hence the putting on so much weight, with stress.

I've had a quick look through your section of the forum, I have to say that you girls inspire me the most, you seem really supportive and determined, so could I join in too please?

I have 4st to lose, that is a lot to me as I used to weigh just 9st, however I'd be happy if I ended up weighing 10 and the last stone can be an option. I weigh 14 stone at present. I hate myself. I'm feeling a bit upset tonight and in desperate need of support and guidance. Feel a little bit lost and don't know where to turn.
I've had so my starts and restarts over the years that I am sick of it. And I most definitely MEAN IT THIS TIME!!!

I really am very impressed with your determination and friendly attitudes, you seem like a lovely group so I'd be pleased to join please. Thank you.

Hello and welcome here. I've only recently joined this section of the forum two (though for the second time I have to admit...). Everyone here is so supportive and can help get your spirits back up when you're down.

Thanks Mrs S I'm sure I will, I'm going to do my measurements etc today so I can take notes of how much I'm losing.

Welcome lovely, you're in the right place here :)

Are you using calorie counting to lose the weight? There's quite a few of us here doing the same, I've never known anything work as well as this does! :) x

Hi Princess, thank you for the welcome! Yes I'm doing calorie control as well, I find it's the best way to lose too, especially combined with my exercise. So I'm in good company if others here do that also :)

I see by your little profile that you've already lost a lot, very well done, what an accomplishment, that's excellent. It's so difficult to lose weight, so anything like that is a huge accomplishment.

Im exercising twice a day for thirty mins at each session so I'm doing quite well.

glad you put your thread on a great team off people giving each other support welcome to the fab team lol
i do a 1 mile gentle work with L.S. but hope when a lose my first 2 stones 2 be doing my 2 mile walk again x x i always say any exercise movement is good

Thank you love :) It feels like 5 minutes ago that I started (though when I started each day felt like an absolute age!) but it passes sooner than you know xx
