I try to keep clear of wine mon - thurs but on fri and sat night I do treat myself to a couple of glasses, I syn them and sometimes I go over my daily allowance. I am losing but it is slow but I'd rather do it this way than torture myself and not allow myself any.
If I'm drinking during the week it would usually be a spritzer with sparkling water ... lemonade is too sweet!
Angie, I don't have a sweet tooth at all, the only time I eat chocs is when I'm given them as a present and I do enjoy them but don't miss them other times. I find it hard to use my syns but if I start using them on alcohol I could be in trouble lol I don't really need to join AA :8855:
i'm a vokda n diet coke girl - love it love it love it - we can happily sit n have couple wed, thur, fri, sat, sun. just lovely when get 2 children to bed to relax before bed time. thats what i think i miss most too. with ww this was only 1.5 so could stay on track with drinking vodka
I miss my large glass of merlot every evening but then that is why I am on slimming world,too much booze caused weight gain !!!
NO, honestly. I save up my syns and have a large glass at the weekends. It is so motivating. Failing that, I save up syns for Friday night with the girls. It means I can socialise and have a life whilst losing weight.
