I-MITT: 3 stone before I'm 30

So I haven't been on here for a very long time but I'm hoping writing a diary may help me stay focus'd. I am thirty this year and want to be at target by then. I'm following slimming world and want to record highs and lows and keep myself on track.

I'm starting now rather than in the new year as I'm feeling really down so hoping making a start will help me feel better
