really been struggling this last week and have gained 2lbs according to my scales. Been picking and picking and picking... went to the gym today and had a good session:whacky068:, came home and picked again and again. SOMEONE SLAP ME!!:break_diet:

I think its time to move onto the 790 plan now.

My weigh in is at 10am tomorrow morning and I will report the official damage here later tomorrow.:cry::wave_cry::sigh:

You need to refocus now to get this last bit off. Youve done so so well and I would hate for your hard work to go to waste. Those photos you posted the other week are awesome, and Im sure you dont want to go back to your before pics...

Focus, focus, focus - the end of your journey is so near! Definitely go on to 790 if you feel that it will sort you out - i changed to 790 at week 5 as I guarantee i would have cheated just doing ss.
