Am struggling not to fall off the wagon today
just want to eat the world today!! So just for my benefit I've listed my reasons for losing weight, and obstacles that I feel may prevent me from losing weight... Feel free to give me your "ten pence worth" as they say, & please don't hold back-I need some tough love lol....
Reasons:
* We would like another baby-I want to weigh no more than 16 stone when I fall pregnant
* Want to be more active with my son
* sick of being in pain - sore back/hips/ankles etc
* want to feel more attractive
* I know if I fall off the low carb wagon I'll just end up putting on everything I've lost and that is NOT going to happen!!!
* I've only just fit in my size 24 jeans (I was a 30+) & I don't want them to ever be too small again!!!
* Need my work uniform to fit because I can't afford to keep buying work trousers!!!!
Obstacles (with note to self that they are only obstacles if I let them be obstacles!!!)
* Hormones-think this may be TOTM
* cravings for carbs etc
* small losses over the past few weeks affecting my mindset - this being due to me eating, all be it protein but probably a bit too much!!
* Temptation from hubby/sons food
* social life/alcohol!!
